After reading this, it's the only conclusion I can draw. Obama's public deliberation is mostly for show and is an attempt to indicate to Americans that he's not just running for President because it seemed like the only thing to do after appearing on all those magazine covers.
If I'm wrong, sue me. If I'm right...well, you read it here first.
