A little compare and contrast:

1) Robert Luskin to Newsweek:

[Rove] never knowingly disclosed classified information... he did not tell any reporter that Valerie Plame worked for the CIA.

2)Robert Luskin to the Wapo, via Drudge:

Karl did nothing wrong. Karl didn't disclose Valerie Plame's identity to Mr. Cooper or anybody else...Who outed this woman? ... It wasn't Karl.
