Sometimes I'm amazed Kos is still writing a blog when he puts up crap like this.

Shorter Kos: Ideologically, Republicans are closer to Islamic terrorists than Democrats and the only reason they don't like them is because they're racist. Democrats are the "polar opposite" and should make this point to voters.

While there may be some specs of truth in all this, it isn't an argument many Americans will 'get' or support. And if you're just going to use this argument to call the Republicans racist, why bother?
