Check out this web page, officially part of the Wyoming Secretary of State's site, and take a look at the voter turnout numbers for 2000 and 2004.
You'll note that in 2000 voter turnout was 101% of registered voters, quite an achievement. But the state topped itself this year, with a turnout of 106%!! Hey, residents of Wyoming, way to exercise your franchise!
I'm no election analyst, and I am aware that Wyoming residents are allowed to register at the polls, but for god's sake...
Let me just throw this out there. If, say, you were Karl Rove (yecccch) and you wanted to jack up *'s popular vote total, where would you cheat? In the swing states, where everyone and his uncle would be crawling all over the election results, or in one (or many) of the safely republican states? I'm just saying.
