Making the case so the Republicans don't have to.
My issue with Rich and Dowd and the rest of our supposed allies on editorial pages across the country, is that they have no problem ridiculing and undercutting our Democratic candidates when it serves their clever games with prose. If they insist on once again knocking down our nominee, as they did with Gore in 2000, then they owe it to all of us, now, to tell us who they would support. Who, running for President right now, is worthy?
