2 of the 7 dead

Last month 7 US soldiers serving in Iraq wrote an unsollicited op-ed column that was published in the New York Times that directly refuted an earlier piece by Michael O'Hanlon that had gotten widespread attention. The soldiers piece was ignored by the mainstream media and even by most liberal bloggers. Yesterday, the military announced 2 of the 7 had died in a vehicle accident.
