Make Them Filibuster

I'd just like to add this blog's little voice to the growing feeling in the blogosphere that the only way to deal with republican obscructionism in the senate is to MAKE THEM STAND UP AND READ THE PHONE BOOK on c-span in front of the country. Let everyone see what they are really doing.

And by the way, let the media take note, as well. I'd bet money that senate republicans have found encouragement from the trumpeting of low approval numbers for "the democratic-controlled congress" in the latest polls. If the GOP has indeed taken a vow of obstructionism, the very least the dems can do is make them eat it.
