Inland Empire

If you're in New York or L.A. go see Inland Empire. If you were a fan of some of the stranger parts of Mulholland Drive you definitely get a thrill out of seeing Lynch expand on some of those same themes over the course of a 3 hour film shot all in digital video. Jeremy Irons, Laura Dern and Harry Dean Stanton are not to be missed. Grace Zibriski, who played Laura Palmer's mother in Twin Peaks, shows up early in the film and quickly turns things down a dark, descending path.
