I said weeks ago it would come down to Virginia and it has.
With 99.63% of the vote in, it's Webb 1,167, 037 to Allen's 1,159, 226.

...CNN says with 100% precincts in Webb leads by almost 12,000 votes. My feeling is with that kind of margin, Allen will give it a bit more time but will likely concede considering the national mood and the message sent in Tuesday's elections. I go to bed tonight confident we have the Senate.
