Rethuglican crap

So, is this Rove's much vaunted last minute brilliance at work?
NEW BRITAIN - Chris Murphy, Democratic candidate for Congress in Connecticut's 5th District, debunked what he called "false claims" from his opponent, Nancy Johnson, Thursday in mailings and in robo-calls.

Murphy said 5th District resident Aleta Wenger has filed a complaint with the FCC because the robocalls appear to violate their regulations. Murphy demanded an end to the "relentless harassment" of 5th District voters by automated calls.

He said in recent weeks, voters in the 5th District have complained that they are receiving repeated recorded messages from Nancy Johnson and the National Republican Congressional Committee.

Murphy charged the NRCC with using "trickery" in automated calls to make voters believe the calls are coming from the Murphy campaign.

"Some people have reported receiving as many as seven automated calls in one day, as late as 2 a.m. and as early as 5 a.m.," he said, and stated that his campaign has not made any automated calls.

"All direct voter contacts from my campaign have come from live people," he said.
And it's not just happening in Connecticut-05.

We know they have no shame. We know they will do absolutely anything to win. Help get the word out about their filthy tactics. They can't be allowed to succeed this time - or ever again.

One of this things I've been proudest of this election cycle is that the tactics of Rove - racism and fear - did not work in Massachusetts. They shouldn't work anywhere.
