Still no power in Queens

What the hell is going on? Suffice it to say lower Manhattan and the upper east and west sides would never experience a power outage lasting as long as six days. Several summers ago my neighborhood in northern Manhattan was without power for three days. There was a sense then as there is now that ConEd has for years poorly served the city of New York by not adequately maintaining the power transfer lines to the city's less affluent, minority neighborhoods.
