Boy, they're really dropping like flies. Conventional wisdom might suggest that it would have helped the democrats if Tom Delay had stuck around to run for another term. But now, by basically admitting his guilt by resigning, it will be hard for Republicans to argue that voters should ignore the Delay scandal and that it's just the fault of the "liberal media."
