You've gotta admire Bush. For months, Iraq seems to be the last thing on his mind and now suddenly, the President who doesn't care about polls, who doesn't care about whether he's popular or not, makes four speeches in a row about Iraq and decides to address the nation on a Sunday at 9pm.
