CNN: Libby indicted on two counts of perjury, two counts of making false statements, one count of obstruction of justice.

From the indictment:

"...allegedly lying about how and when in 2003 he learned, and subsequenlty disclosed to reporters, then classified information concerning the employment of Valerie Wilson by the CIA."

Included in the indictment is the little tidbit that Libby learned of Valerie Plame's identity from none other than Cheney.
