This is good news, if true. There are no exit polls, but anecdotal evidence of low turnout is good considering the district is heavily Republican. Of course, special elections generally suffer from very low voter turnout, so who knows...
...election results will be available here after 7:30pm. First votes to be counted will be absentee. It's important that Hackett be within 10-15% since these typically lean heavily Republican.
