Haifa Street

This is a nice story, but I fear it has more to do with when we invest in securing a neighborhood and leave troops there, even Iraqi troops, the insurgents are likely to melt away and attack somewhere else. Unfortunately, with the current troop levels in place we can't do that for every Haifa street out there - and it's a sad state of affairs if we've only managed to train enough Iraqi's to hold down one three-mile residential corridor. The reality is there have only ever been two choices in this continuing war: substantially increase troop levels to secure the entire country (most likely forcing a draft) or get out.
