I'm anti-Judy Miller as much as anyone, but isn't it a little odd that Miller and Cooper will go to jail, while Bob Novak remains a free man. After all, Novak was the one who first published the name, Valerie Plame. Miller never did.
Why is Bob Novak not in jail?
