Way Out There In the Blue

It seems Bush's new foreign policy M.O. is to drop into countries that have recently held free elections and to take credit for them as part of his drive to spread democracy. Meanwhile, North Korea has a bomb and is about to test it, the insurgency in Iraq is showing no signs of quitting and the twin justifications of Bush's first term military bluster, capturing bin Laden and finding those pesky Iraqi WMDs remain elusive.

So, what the hell is Bush doing in Georgia?
