Savings accounts

I'm all for increasing Americans' personal savings, but this just maybe one of those ideas, like the Department of Homeland Security, that Democrats propose and Bush later takes credit for, contending he and he alone, reformed retirement plans for Americans even if they have nothing to do with Social Security. I know it sounds crazy, but the media certainly can't be trusted to know the difference or to give credit where credit is due. Plus, don't we have bigger problems to worry about?
