If you're not totally overwhelmed with the other scandals of the day, take a second to check out this one. DCCC Chair and U.S. Rep. Rahm Emanuel has prepared an invoice in the amount of $800,000,000,000 for Shrubby, the amount last year's Medicare gambit - er - bill - has come in over estimate.
