Judge "Patriot Act" Chertoff

The new Secretary of Homeland Security. While he essentially wrote the Patriot Act as head of the Justice Department's Criminal Division, and was the Republican's chief counsel during Whitewater, my impression is the guy is no dope (like Kerik) and will most likely be the first "real" Secretary of Homeland Security (unlike Ridge) - and most likely, a pretty ruthless one.
