Crisis management

It would be nice if the average American would take time out of their daily lives to read this. Unfortunately, it's a Saturday story and unfortunately most Americans don't read the Washington Post. But this whole business of Bush creating a sense of crisis where there is none makes it hard to imagine any reasonable person still believing even one word out of Bush's mouth.
