If you haven't read any of Pierce's writing, I'm proud to say that he is a fellow Bostonian. His style combines humor, emotion, and an acid tongue in a way no one else can. He is also the author of the best profile of Kerry I've read this year, originally published in Esquire, The Misunderestimation of John Kerry.
