Kerry up 4 in Florida

The Kerry campaign's Doug Sosnik was quoted in some newspaper article or other that their internal Florida tracking poll showed them up in that state. Now we have some independent confirmation of this in a new Insider Advantage poll that shows Kerry 48, Bush 44.
