More unwanted advice for John Kerry...

Chris Marcil wrote a hilarious piece in yesterday's NY Times titled 7 Steps to a Better Candidate. In a few choice paragraphs he boils down to its essence all the unsolicited advice that's recently been offered to the Kerry campaign.

Check it out.
Los Angeles -- Look, I want John Kerry to win, if only so I can fire my gun into the air and have it mean something for once. But, even though I think he'd be a better president, the guy's not going to make it with the campaign he's running. I mean, I haven't really followed it - give me credit for having a life! - but based on some comments from the "Sports-Center" anchors, it appears that Mr. Kerry should be doing better.

That's why I'm glad he's turned to me for advice. My seven-point plan:

    1. Be yourself...
    2. Don't be yourself...
    3. Stick to your message...
    4. Not that message...
    5. Your plans are boring...
    6. Don't listen to so much advice...
    7. Be yourself...

Go read! It's great.
