Reader challenge!!!

I assume most readers are finding their inboxes as crammed with messages from the zillion and a half groups working towards a Kerry/Edwards victory as mine is. But just in case one of you has escaped unscathed, here's the nag-of-the-day.

You can sign up online here to make phone calls for the Kerry campaign.
We are asking you to call volunteers to ask them to turn out for their local canvass. A canvass is when volunteers meet to walk door-to-door and talk to undecided voters. When they show up at their local canvass organizers will provide them with instructions and walk lists. All they need to bring is a comfortable pair of shoes.
The campaign provides you with a link to a sample phone script, though you are encouraged to engage in conversation with the people you are calling. They are all people who are identified as supporters, so you shouldn't encounter hostility, and they only give out five names at a time, so it's not at all overwhelming.

Go on! You'll be doing a huge amount of good. This from the campaign:
Also, we wanted you to know about some results from Florida. A Democratic Party organizer in central Florida wrote us the following e-mail:

I just got back to the office from our exciting door-to-door canvass. We had 123 people show up and nearly 80 of them showed up because of the Kerry-Edwards Internet team and calls from Phone Corps volunteers. The Phone Corps is one of the best things you've done to help us. Thank you.
