- Tuesday July 13, 2004--Senator Kerry now leads President Bush in the Rasmussen Reports Presidential Tracking Poll, 48% to 45%. Kerry has now been ahead by 3 points or more in our Tracking Poll for four consecutive days. Prior to today, neither candidate has been able to hold a three-point advantage for more than three consecutive days all year.
